Introspection: thinking, feeling and measuring is knowing

When you notice that mental or physical complaints have arisen over time, it may be necessary to search deeper under the surface – or better said – to turn inward. By applying introspection you discover what is going on in your inner world. You become aware of this by feeling and listening to your body and what is going on inside you.

Did you know, for example, that emotions that are denied or ignored can eventually cause physical complaints? When you become aware of your inner world, but also look at the impact of the outside world on your inner world, you get a more complete picture of yourself.

Your immediate environment can have an impact on how you feel and that is linked to your health. The food you eat affects your well-being, but the people you live with also have an impact on your health. Awareness in these areas gives you the motivation and direction to take action.

In this section we will delve deeper into one of the ways in which you can greatly shorten your healing process. Healing can occur in different ways and levels.

Insight into what needs to change in your health

The majority of people go to their GP with problems such as fatigue/weakness, depressive feelings or recurring inflammations. A GP can provide quick help with acute problems such as an inflammation. A GP can also provide quick help with prescribing medication. However, when investigating the source of a problem, there is a good chance that you will end up in a longer process than desired via regular healthcare and will have to deal with waiting lists.

Your environment has an impact on your health

You may be referred to a specialist such as a psychologist and you can quickly assume a trajectory of 6 to 12 sessions that a person needs on average. Another and possibly additional way - and also the way that we offer with our organization - is healing in the form of retreats. You can discover the added value of that here.

It is important to get enough sleep, but also to look at nutrition, stress levels and the quality of your daily activities. Tackling Midlife Crisis and Menopause

A common component among people – not just men – is the midlife crisis. The midlife crisis and quarter life crisis are periods of intense self-reflection and reconsideration of life goals, which occur for many in the middle of life between the ages of 40 and 60 and between the ages of 25 and 40. In these phases, you search for more meaning in life and reflect on whether you are on the right path. During this phase, people can feel confronted with questions about their achievements, goals, happiness and direction in life. It can also be an opportunity for personal growth and making conscious choices for the future. Do you ask yourself why you are here and do you look back on a life that was not yours? During the retreat you will receive a complete reset in a holistic way and will enter the deeper layers of your consciousness, in which the theme of prana is also discussed.

Our retreats are about opening yourself up to prana again. By clearing your cells of the conditioning of needing food and drink and emptying your cells of all memories such as traumas and other conditioning, your body gets a total reset. This ensures that everything that no longer fits you, slides off you, your immune system resets and the combination of all this will support your healing on all levels.
