How does this work?
Once you have purchased the program you will receive your login details to the training. The training contains the explanation of the program. You can start whenever you want.
Is there any special preparation?
You must have done the Pranic Transformation with me or someone else.
Does it include (post)guidance?
You will receive a training program with all kinds of exercises that you have to go through yourself. We will provide all kinds of tips & tricks and enough background information to ensure that you can go through this course alone. There is no further guidance.
Why is the course in English?
The Pranic Practice Course is for those who have done the Pranic Transformation. This also includes people abroad. Since English is a language that almost everyone speaks, we have chosen to do the Pranic Practice Course in English. However, you can translate the texts and we will also tell you how to do this most easily in the course itself.
How long do I have access to this online course?
Various studies show that doing an Online Course has a lower success rate than doing a course “live”. Let alone an online course that lasts at least a year. And although we have done everything we can to ensure that you complete the Pranic Practice Course, this is and remains a challenge for many people!
That is why we have decided the following. Instead of making the Pranic Practice Course available forever, we want to make the Pranic Practice Course available on a limited basis. This provides an extra incentive to complete the Pranic Practice Course.
So many online courses are “gathering dust” somewhere on a computer and that is really a shame. And again, we have done as much as possible in the Pranic Practice Course to make it as easy and attractive as possible for you to continue.
The Pranic Practice Course therefore remains accessible for 2 years after logging in.
Once you log in, those 2 years will start, so keep that in mind.
What is the difference between the Pranic Essence Retreat, the Pranic Activation Weekend, the Pranic Online and the Pranic Practice Course?
The Pranic Essence Retreat, the Pranic Activation Weekend and the Pranic Online are events/courses through which you receive the Pranic Transformation.
The Pranic Practice Course offers you practical exercises to expand your pranic flow after your pranic transformation. This is therefore an in-depth course that you can do after the pranic transformation.
Why do I have to pay for this course when I already paid for a retreat/weekend? Why is this not included in the aftercare or support?
During the Pranic Essence Retreat, the Pranic Activation Weekend and the Pranic Online we give all essential information about the preparation, the pranic transformation and the pranic training afterwards. You will also receive 2 years of support during the Retreat and the Weekend. With all this information and support it should be possible to reach your pranic flow.
This advanced course is only for those who still have difficulty and want more step-by-step guidance in practicing and training in challenging situations. If we were to offer this course at the Retreat, the Weekend or the Online, the price would also go up again. And to keep it as affordable as possible for everyone, we offer it separately.
Food, pranic living, family
I have a family that I cook for. Is that still possible?
This can be challenging for some people to maintain their own Pranic Flow. Then this Pranic Practice Course is a good thing to do.
My partner or I find cooking and eating together so enjoyable.
That eating is fun or tasty, often makes it harder to let go of food and drink. Then this Pranic Practice Course is just right to do.

What is the minimum and maximum age to participate?
There is no maximum age but there is a minimum age of 18 years.
Can anyone participate in The Pranic Practice Course?
Anyone who has done the Pranic Transformation with me or with someone else.

Why is the price the way it is?
Below you can see the cost breakdown:
- 21% VAT
- 40% personnel and system costs
- 15% Marketing costs
- 5% sponsorship and sponsor spots
- 10% risk and insurance
- 9% profit
Of course, the percentages may differ slightly per event, but we want to be open and transparent.
General Terms and Conditions / Cancellation
We often get asked why we have cancellation conditions while we have enough participants for our events and we earn money from our participants. I would like to elaborate on that. As for the money, we have explained above where our earnings go, among other things. We also incur costs as a company and the tax authorities also know where to find us. We try to keep the costs as low as possible and offer different events that vary in price. But we are also bound by agreements with our locations, the team and the tax authorities.
Regarding our cancellation policy, the following.
I can understand that this may seem a bit harsh and businesslike, but in the meantime we have a lot of people with all kinds of requests and movements. We have these general terms and conditions because we cannot look into or take into account everyone's life and also do not know how each year goes with registrations etc. We have the general terms and conditions to have uniformity regardless of the circumstances.
But life is not black and white and unfortunately unexpected situations and experiences often happen. We are very aware of this because over the years we hear about all kinds of situations and events that have such an impact that someone can no longer/does not want to come. We have really done our best in recent years and have certainly gone along with this. But we notice that now that more and more people are coming (and going) it is no longer possible for us to think along with individual situations. We simply can no longer refund everyone (all or part of) their money when they can no longer/do not want to come. Again, I understand that this can come across as businesslike, and on the one hand it is. We are a company with customers, locations, appointments and a team and the bigger we get, the less easy it is to make individual exceptions. Unfortunately, that is the reality we have noticed over time, which is neither easy nor pleasant for us.
However, I hope you can understand this.
Is Pranic Living scientifically proven?
Everything that Brahman Menor received was scientifically justified, such as:
- The power of visualization can change cells and DNA
- Breathing exercises and meditations will soothe your triggers
- Our first cell was a Pranic living cell
- Pranic living has been researched by many medical specialists around the world and is possible, although they cannot understand or prove how it works
- Eating less is much healthier for your body and energy levels
