As a human being you need food… or don’t you?
Despite the fact that we as humans are becoming increasingly aware of nutrition, the food industry and the effect that nutrition has on us, only a small percentage of people manage to behave and feel truly healthy.
A big part of your health depends on nutrition, that's logical... But do we really need that nutrition? The first answer that comes to mind is yes, of course we do! However, we are going to share something with you that will surprise many people when they hear or read it for the first time. But first this.
First of all, what do you mean by nutrition, because you don't necessarily need all nutrition... And secondly, you don't know any better than that you have to eat several times a day, otherwise you get hungry.
There is also a third option: becoming independent of food. Especially for this we have set up programs with our organization that we maintain in our retreats, in which we decondition people's bodies in 5 days to become independent of food.
