HOW TO TRULY CONNECT FROM THE HEART!

In this busy world, we all have busy minds and lots of things to do. We have our cell phones, laptops, online work, online shows, and we are so lost in our connection with ourselves and with others.

So when we connect with others it’s most of the mind from a distracted mind.

So, how to truly connect?

So when you want to connect with someone, first connect with yourself, just feel your heart, feel your love, and feel your presence in your body.

From that love and presence, you can connect with someone else. Embrace that other person with your energy.

You are then so experienceable by others.

From that connection, from that energy, you can connect with your hand, for example without touching. You can hold your hand over someone’s arm and they will feel your energy.

You can feel that physical love flowing through your arm, to your hand, and then it flows as energy to the other person.

You can do this with your hands, a handshake, or with just your eyes.

I’m very aware of my spiritual connection and I embrace that when I connect with others. I send my presence to them so they feel safe and seen and they know that they are in that moment in a different time and place.

It’s not that hard. You just need to be aware and to know how to open yourself up again.

Also for receiving. In the moment of connection, you also receive that love and energy.

A connection is about breaking down your own armor and sharing from a deeper level of energy and receiving that energy as well.
