WHAT PRANIC LIVING IS ABOUT FOR ME

I live on prana. So that means I don’t eat or drink. So my whole kitchen is empty except for some coffee and tea for guests.

The other day I was with some people who were stocking their kitchen.  I was really amazed about the amount of food, how much time and effort they put in the preparation of food and the amount of pans and pottery.

It became very clear to me that living on prana has so much more advantages.

  • I don’t spend any time on thinking what to eat, where to get it, or getting groceries.
  • I don’t need money to pay for all the food structures I don’t have in my life like breakfast, lunch or dinner.
  • I don’t need to think about what I’m going to eat, drink, or need  for lunch and I don’t have to prepare it.

It seems as it adds value to your life to think about food, to prepare and cook it.

But in the end it just takes up a whole lot of time that you can spend on other things…..

So I use that time to really fill in my day the way I like to fill it in. So in the morning I wake up very early. Most of the time between five or six in the morning as I hardly sleep due to living on prana

I take a shower every other day or so and then I  just sit in a meditative state.

Especially in the morning where you wake up and you just sit down your body is still in a relaxed state. It still is very silent and having less thoughts at that time is very normal.

In my case I hardly have any thoughts. I can just be in a moment. Feeling the temperature. Feeling the movements of my ship.

Later on I check my calendar which is pretty empty most of the time. Then I really feel what I want to do that day. Sometimes I need to do some work. I try to meet beautiful people and connect with beautiful people for a couple of hours every day. After that, I like to be with myself again.

Pranic living gives you deep peace inside yourself. From that peace, everything changes, because when you feel that inner peace or almost a kind of fulfillment, you really experience that you don’t need anything.

There is no need for food, there is no need for unhealthy based habits.

So, living a pranic life is so much more about a deepening in your life, so much more about fulfillment in your life. It’s so much healthier than whatever diet is out there.
